    Our breads are baked in an Woodfired oven. All our breads accept the specialty breads are made from sourdough.

    We are currently using Eureka Stoneground flour for our breads

    No. Our Sourdough bread is not Gluten Free

    Yes, at least 48 hours in advance for large orders.  For next day orders , please order  before 13h00 the previous day .

    Wrap in paper not plastic and it should last a week.

    To refresh your bread, pop it in the oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.

    1. Wet the bread for a few seconds under a running tap.
    2. Put the bread in the microwave for 5 minutes to soften up.
    3. Finish the process in the oven for a few minutes to make the crust nice and crispy.
